FourTek is pleased to announce the successful completion of an 18-apartment residential development for HSPG, transforming a long-standing dormant asset into a fully completed, occupation-ready scheme.

The project involved a partially completed building that had remained derelict for approximately four years after stalling at second fix stage. FourTek was appointed under a Design & Build procurement route, assuming the roles of both Principal Designer and Principal Contractor to assess, coordinate, and deliver the remaining works safely and efficiently.

At project commencement, our team undertook a comprehensive programme of surveys, inspections, and technical reviews to establish the condition of the existing asset, identify key project risks, and define the remedial and completion scope required to achieve a compliant, high-quality finish.  Following this initial assessment, FourTek led the design coordination, construction delivery, compliance management, and final commissioning activities—successfully delivering the scheme within an 18-week programme.  The completed development demonstrates FourTek’s ability to take control of technically challenging, partially completed projects and deliver structured recovery solutions through a single, accountable delivery model.
