Elliot Morton

Co-Founder and Director of FOURTEK

Elliot Morton is Co-Founder and Director of FourTek, a commercially focused construction leader with 19 years’ experience delivering complex projects across the UK. He has provided commercial and project delivery support across the residential, industrial, food, biofood, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, and energy sectors, supporting a diverse client base including end users, developers, specialist contractors and main contractors. As a qualified Quantity Surveyor and member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Elliot combines strategic commercial insight with practical delivery leadership, supporting clients across project delivery, procurement, contract strategy, commercial management, and dispute avoidance.

Billy McGuinness

Co-Founder and Director of FOURTEK

Billy has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His career includes a successful stint at PM Group and a rise from Assistant Construction Manager to Head of Construction at a
leading UK project delivery firm, where he took the lead in driving business growth and securing significant projects. Under his leadership, the company has achieved approximately £20 million
in revenue in 2 years across multiple sectors, emphasising his strategic vision, project delivery and building and maintaining client relationships.
